Processing/Production Times

Orders for readymade products are processed between 1-14* business days.

Handmade-to-order and custom footwear orders generally take 1-6* months to produce depending on your order queue. 

Custom oil painting orders generally take 1-2* months to produce depending on your order queue.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before any payment is made. 

Customs & Import Fees

*Attention shipments to USA only* - Duties are now collected at checkout for shipments with destinations to the USA. This is due to the new DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) requirement effective August 29, 2025.

Taxes, duties and brokerage fees may apply for shipments outside of Canada and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: These fees are not collected at checkout.* The shipping carrier will collect any customs fees due upon delivery. It is suggested to check with your local customs and border authorities to avoid any surprises.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier service.

Undeliverable Packages

Undeliverable packages returned to the seller will be refunded only for the original product cost minus any shipping charges (including any return shipping fees) and processing fees.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs, weather or any other extenuating circumstances.
